About Jax Plumbing Reviews
Jax Plumbing Reviews publishes comparisons of plumbing companies serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, built from public records and written for homeowners who have to pick a contractor in a hurry, usually when water is already on the floor.
What we do
We gather the facts a homeowner can verify but rarely has time to: who owns the company, how long it has operated, what its Google and Better Business Bureau records show, what license it holds, what warranty terms it publishes, and how it pays the technician who will be standing in your hallway. We put those facts side by side, color-code where a company is strong or where a question needs asking, and name a top pick. The current comparison covers five companies; the methodology page explains every measure.
How we work
- Public sources only. Every figure is drawn from a source you can check yourself, and we say which one.
- We show our work. The capture date is on every page. Where a term could not be verified, we say so rather than guessing.
- No pay to play. Companies do not pay to be included or ranked, and the top pick is not for sale.
- Corrections are welcome. If a company believes a figure is wrong or out of date, we will review the source and update the page.
